Muscle Test - Interlink the thumb to the first finger. Then interlink the two hands and try to pull them apart. With a "Yes" response, the fingers will remain strong and not break their connection. With a "No" response the fingers will become weak and you can break their connection. Test this a few times to get a sense of how this works.
Next read the statements on the Chiro-Coach survey form below and test your muscles. If the fingers remain strong, you are congruent with that statement. If the fingers go weak (break apart), you need some help in the statement area tested. The more weak tests you have, the greater the need for the Chiro-Coach program.
